With the co-production completed, interviews accepted and scheduled, and spaces previously chosen and contacted, the documentary will be recorded in the present verb on the exact date of the neighbourhood's anniversary, June 18th, this would give greater emphasis to the interviews, and we will have time to publicize and we work on editing, the time needed to have good material at the end. As part of this report, we will have 3 Stages that I will present below:
1st Presentation of the Neighborhood and Interviews with Residents
In this stage, we will give brief considerations about the neighbourhood such as its history, its anniversary, its territorial delimitation, the first inhabitants, and the first companies, and we will interview anonymous residents, in an informal and fun conversation with questions of order such as: In what Day and month is the anniversary of Bairro Morro-bento celebrated? How long have you lived here? Why is Morrao and the Band?
2nd Places, and Special Interviews
This stage we will show the neighbourhood's prominent places such as: the Ferro Building, Rua do Kikagil, and the large commercial buildings, and we will interview important personalities from the neighbourhood, who can tell the true story of the neighbourhood in the first person, and talk about the work they have made for the development of Morro-bento.
3rd Morro-bento Figures and Artistic Performances
We will reserve the last stage to interview a celebrity, a special guest resident in the neighbourhood, and we will give space for local artists to show their work, and on the other hand, have a party, and celebrate another anniversary of the neighbourhood with dance, music, etc. ending with a special dance choreography, with the participation of resident and invited professional dancers. Emphasizing that this stage is the most laborious and most important if we want our documentary to go viral.
SWOT analysis of the documentary
Strengths - a good relationship with residents, important personalities and local institutions, complete knowledge of the neighbourhoods, its adversities, etc.
Weaknesses - Lack of human and financial resources for better production and dissemination platforms.
Opportunities- To make this documentary a co-pilot experience for future related projects, and strengthen the relationship between residents and the association.
Threats- Circumstances, may lead us to have difficulty recording, in terms of accepted interviews.
