Ethics Policy
The ETHICS Policy of Morrão Association does not distinguish between professional categories or level hierarchical and must apply to all employees, aiming to establish ethical principles and conduct that must guide the practice of all association professionals with respect for the dignity of people.
The Morrao Association respects the dignity of the human person and the promotion of social justice through the principles that guide its activity. Supports a culture of ethical behaviour and of attention to all associates and partners, this being the responsibility of all collaborators.
Respect for human dignity involves ensuring the protection of our associates from different types of abuse and creating appropriate conditions and a safe environment. The creation of a Safe environment includes appropriate conditions on-premises.
